I downloaded a movie Sin Nombre in HD, and we clicked play last night. The download speed was too slow and we were only able to watch 10 minutes last night before it caught up with the download. Tonight as soon as we returned home we turned on the movie, but couldn't finish it before the 24 hour expiration. Could you please refund so we can re download and watch again please

Wow really lame.
Last time we use your service. I'll use my XBOX instead, and as a tech representative will spread the word religiously about an extremely poor customer service.
If Sony gets my complaints, I will be sure to mention your name and save this email.
I could be a high revenue customer using your movie service, but it looks like that 5.99 is all you'll ever receive from me. All i want is to finish the last of my 10 minutes in the movie, and seeing how your poor upload speed was the reason for the problem in the first place, I feel extremely warranted.

And Apple's HD rentals are only $4.99 I think. $3.99 for standard def. Then if their older movies you knock off a $1.00. Then they have $0.99 movie weeks like 3 or 4 diff ones a week and add on a $1.00 for HD. Watched City Slickers the other day. You can start watching it in less than a minute and I haven't had it catch up to the download unless the torrents are going in full force. All the PS3 has got is their Bluray and a few good games. I do not and will not own any Sony product in my life. That started with their headphones not plugging in all the way unless you had a Sony device and Sony headphones. Just because their dicks.
